Min Yee joined SHM as a researcher and project manager in 2013. Her current focus is on intensive, large-scale organisational transformation, with a specific emphasis on capability building at all levels. Min Yee’s dual passions for language and logic inform her work at SHM, where her communication and analytical abilities are crucial to achieving a balance between understanding the multi-faceted, complex issues facing large corporations, and the subtleties of engagement and communication needed to achieve behaviour change on an individual level.
Prior to joining SHM, Min Yee spent several years gaining experience in the worlds of banking, consultancy, trading and public relations from London’s Barbican to the Hong Kong Stock Exchange to the rainforests of Borneo.
Min Yee graduated in 2012 with a Masters in Biochemistry (Hons) from Oxford University (Merton College), where she earned a Full Blue for golf. She is conversational in Chinese, French and Malay.
